Go to fmsta.org/apply to submit an application. You'll be advised further by email.

Can I still mail in my dues with a check?

Although not preferred, as we ask you to sign-up online, yes you can still mail in a check if you must. Send us a message to info@fmsta.org and let us know you mailed it in. We will advise how to sign-up on the site once the check has been deposited.
